Alsace Geography Region Map
Alsace is anchored in the far north-east bend of France and is one of the country's aboriginal régions. This admirable and alluring breadth nestles amid the Vosges mountains to the west and the river Rhine, which forms a continued accustomed bound with Germany, to the east.
The arresting countryside is a mix of close forests, affluent farmland, appealing vineyards, adherent towns and bizarre villages of half-timbered houses with geranium-filled window-boxes.
